A young foodie and Texas native with a passion for wine, Jaye has learned to develop a discerning palette that can distinguish a left from a right bank Bordeaux with her eyes closed.....mouth ajar. At age 13, Jaye began working at restaurants. It was then that she began to understand the intricacies of both operating a restaurant's flow and keeping the guests happy. From diners to decadence, she has worked and trained others at some of the world's most renown fine-dining establishments like Dean Fearing's The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Tom Colicchio's Craft-Dallas and Jean Georges in New York City, respectively. With over a decade of hospitality experience, she is no stranger to the front or back of the house. She has served as a line cook, hostess, bartender, restaurant manager and most recently wine and beverage consultant. After studying at the International Sommeliers Guild's she has visited vineyards across the globe from Napa to Canada and from Bordeaux to Burgundy. She is responsible for the creation of seasonal cocktails suitable for pairings with even the most exquisite cuisine, devising multiple course pre-fixe and wine pairing menus for new and seasoned restaurants in New York City. She calls it an epiphany when she realized she no longer had to work at a restaurant to take her expertise and appreciation of fermented libations on the road. Bringing fun and innovation to her introduction to wine courses spawned her desire to begin offering tasting classes to help spread the good news of the grapes.

With rapid correspondence to pretty much every email inquiry, a phone call confirming attendance and a joyful tone while dealing with distributors, we wouldn't be the proud wineauxs we are without her! Hailing from Scotland and traveling all over Europe before sojourning to the states, she is the perfect fusion of brilliance and humility . With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, she opened the Spotted Pig as Jay-Z's requested server and served as the posh Breslin Bar owner's right hand lady. Serving as a personal assistant to several celebrity personalities and business owners alike, she has the midas touch that keeps our business afloat and the doors open. We don't anticipate them closing anytime soon.

Her passion for the culinary arts only grew as she got older and found herself working at the award-winning 5 Diamond Relais & Chateaux Restaurant, The White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine. She extended herself to its sister restaurants, Grissini Trattoria and Stripers Seafood Grill, always rising to the occasion of new challenges and any opportunities to broaden her creativity. Whether working front of house or back, Jamie always felt at home and inspired to learn, create, and contribute to the dining experience. She lends her talents to us, by preparing customized tasting menus adorned in decadence. As a fellow lover of wine and food, Jamie's attention to detail, meticulous plating and methodical preparation make her the genuine article. Without her gift of gastronomy, our private tasting events just wouldn't quite be as epicurean. She does us PROUD at each event.

​A true artist in every respect, Daniel is the multi-faceted addition to the company that has been the missing link to our seamless service. He takes a task with a smile, hops on it before the request is completed and manages to finish packing items away with a headcount of precisely how bottles are left in inventory. Beginning as an eager intern, he has worked with intention and now is embedded in the very core of Proud Wineaux. He is happy enough with being able to learn more about the journey of wine, it's just a perk that unlike his day job where no drinking is allowed. Here at Proud Wineaux, drinking is mandatory. He seems to be pretty satisfied with that as are we.

Radiance is as radiance does. A true glimmer of light, Geneva is a shining star. A beautiful attitude that exudes positiveness, we don't know what we would do without her! She always wears a smile especially while promoting our company nonstop on all things social media! After years of working with Mark Cuban & the elite community in Dallas, TX her customer service and loyalty set our standard. She has a heart for learning and has taken our blogger position to next levels. Serving as a promotional and marketing agent, she reels the people in to experience what we work diligently to create with each tasting. A blog writer and native Texan, she captures the essence of our tastings and spreads the knowledge of our company to every person she encounters from the East coast to the West.
